1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1. tickets.mt Terms:By accessing or using tickets.mt, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
1.2. Event Organiser Terms: By using the Platform, you are confirming that you have read any specific terms and conditions which the event organiser has issued with regard to the event.
1.3. Privacy Policy: Usage of the Platform signifies your acceptance to tickets.mt Privacy Policy.
2. Ticket Purchase and Sale
2.1. Ticket Listings: Event organisers can list tickets for sale on the Platform.
2.2. Purchase and Sale Agreement: When a user purchases a ticket through the Platform, a binding agreement is formed between the buyer and the event organiser.
2.3. Pricing and Fees: The prices of tickets and any associated fees are set by the event organisers. tickets.mt may charge a booking fee for each transaction. Booking fees are non-refundable.
3. User Accounts
3.1. Account Registration: Users may need to create an account to access certain features of the Platform.
3.2. Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
4.1. Refund Policy: Each event organiser may have its own refund policy. Users should review the refund policy before purchasing tickets.
4.2. Cancellation by Event Organiser: In the event of event cancellation or rescheduling, users may be entitled to a refund according to the event organiser’s policy.
4.3 Refund Authorisation: tickets.mt is not authorised to issue refunds unless instructed by the event organiser.
4.4 Refund Value: In the case of a refund being authorised by the event organiser, refund will be issued on the ticket face value which shall not include any booking fee.
4.5 Refund Origin: If refunds cannot be issued from tickets.mt, tickets.mt will be able to provide relevant contact details from where the refund can be obtained.
4.6 Refund Liability: tickets.mt is not liable to users for refunds which cannot be issued directly.
4.7 Event Cancellation: Events can be cancelled, rescheduled or altered by the event organiser. tickets.mt does not hold any authority over such occurrences. tickets.mt disclaims responsibility for issuing refunds in such situations, except when refunds can be issued directly. In such cases tickets.mt strives to provide the applicable refund of the ticket’s face value, excluding any booking fee, as soon as possible.
5. Content and Conduct
5.1. Prohibited Conduct: Users agree not to engage in any conduct that violates applicable laws or these Terms.
5.2. Account Termination: Violation of the Terms may result in the termination of the services provided to the user.
5.3 Tickets Cancellation: Violation of the Terms may result in cancellation of the tickets purchased.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Ownership: tickets.mt retains ownership of the Platform, and users agree not to reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
tickets.mt makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content on the Platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
tickets.mt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Malta.
10. Changes to Terms
tickets.mt reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
11. User Privacy
11.1. Data Collection: Any data collected during the checkout process is required to facilitate the sale. Such data is collected and used in accordance with tickets.mt Privacy Policy, which forms part of these conditions.
